Job summary

Ant Technology Limited in Auckland, New Zealand, seeks an ICT Support Technician to deploy, configure and maintain computer systems, networks and payment-related technology. You will provide remote, telephone and on-site support to staff, merchants and authorised users.

The role covers the maintenance of digital wallet and payment platforms, POS and EFTPOS environments, and security-driven system administration. A strong IT foundation is essential.

Qualifications

• NZQF Diploma or higher in IT/CS/Networking or related discipline.
• Relevant ICT industry qualifications or experience is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Provide hardware/software support for staff, merchants and users.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve software, hardware, connectivity issues.
• Install, configure, update operating systems and business apps.
• Support POS, EFTPOS, printers and network devices.
• Maintain and secure ICT systems and data.
