Job summary

Qualifications

• A relevant qualification in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or a related discipline.
• Experience in software testing, quality assurance or software development.
• Understanding of software development and testing methodologies.
• Knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Experience testing REST APIs and system integrations.
• Ability to prepare structured test cases and test reports.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to identify and reproduce complex software defects.
• Good written technical documentation skills.
• Understanding of software and data security principles.

Responsibilities

• Prepare test plans, test scenarios, test cases and test data based on requirements.
• Perform functional, integration, system, regression and user acceptance testing.
• Test web-based, mobile and backend applications.
• Identify, document and track software defects through to resolution.
• Retest corrected defects and conduct regression testing before production releases.
• Verify that delivered software meets approved business and technical requirements.
• Test card issuing, digital wallet, payment testing and ledger interactions.
• Validate API integrations and external payment-system connections.
• Support test automation for repeatable tests and reporting.
