Job summary

First Focus in New Zealand is seeking a skilled Support Technician to manage tickets across Microsoft AD, Azure, M365 and Exchange. You will troubleshoot desktops, servers, firewalls, and networks, and jump into project deployments when things get spicy.

You will split time between desk-based support and onsite work, collaborating with senior engineers to keep environments clean and lean. Expect hybrid onsite work with strong growth and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience across Microsoft AD, Azure, M365 and Exchange.
• Proficiency with Windows Server, Exchange, and cloud services.
• Comfort with desktop to firewall, LAN/WAN.
• Experience with ticketing systems and customer-facing support.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities
