Job summary

First Focus in Christchurch is seeking a supported IT technician to manage tickets across Microsoft AD, Azure, M365 and Exchange. You will troubleshoot desktops, servers, firewalls, and networks while supporting cloud platforms such as Azure AD, Entra, Hyper-V, Citrix, and AWS.

Qualifications

• Azure AD and Windows Server expertise.
• End-user support and ticketing experience.
• Comfort across desktop to firewall, LAN/WAN.

Responsibilities

• Slaying tickets across Microsoft AD, Azure, M365, and Exchange.
• Troubleshooting desktops, servers, firewalls, and networks.
• Supporting cloud platforms—Azure AD, Entra, Hyper‑V, Citrix, AWS.
• Jumping into project deployments when things get spicy.
• Split time between desk-based support and onsite work.
