Job summary

First Focus is building New Zealand's favourite MSP with a strong focus on Azure and AD expertise. You’ll split your time between desk-based support and hands-on onsite work, troubleshooting across desktop, servers, and cloud platforms, while collaborating with senior engineers to keep environments lean and secure.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of AD (Azure-focused) and end-user support.
• Experience with Windows Server, Exchange, and cloud platforms.
• Comfort across the stack—from desktop to firewall and LAN/WAN.
• Experience with ticketing systems and customer-focused communication.

Responsibilities

• Slaying tickets across Microsoft AD, Azure, M365, and Exchange.
• Troubleshooting desktops, servers, firewalls, and networks like a boss.
• Supporting cloud platforms—Azure AD, Entra, Hyper‑V, Citrix, AWS.
• Jumping into project deployments when things get spicy.
• Splitting your time between desk-based support and hands-on onsite work.
• Collaborating with senior engineers to keep environments lean and mean.
• Venturing out to client sites (fuel, tolls and parking’s on us).
