Job summary

NZ Transport Agency (Waka Kotahi) is hiring Customer Service Representatives in Palmerston North. The role combines in‑office and work‑from‑home hybrid arrangements, with full‑time hours and a structured onboarding program designed to build confidence and capability.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a Contact Centre.
• Tech‑savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Great communication skills and energetic attitude.

• Great attention to detail and be able to retain complex information.
• Willingness to learn and high level of computer literacy.
