Custom Fleet is seeking a Team Lead to guide a team of Account Managers, driving exceptional customer service, retention, and performance. You will manage recruitment, onboarding, mentoring, and development to build a high-performing unit focused on customer outcomes.

You will partner with Relationship Managers and Regional Leaders to standardize processes, deliver growth, and maintain a culture of accountability and continuous improvement across ANZ.

Competenze

• 2–5 years of relevant team management/leadership experience in a B2B service environment.
• Strong relationship-building and customer-focused mindset.
• Proven ability to recruit, onboard, mentor, and engage a high-performing team.

Mansioni

• Lead a team of Account Managers to drive customer retention and KPI performance.
• Provide recruitment, induction, onboarding, mentoring, development, engagement and retention for the Account Management team.
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers and Regional Leaders to ensure a unified, one-team approach across ANZ.
