Job summary

EC Markets LTD in Auckland is seeking an HR Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day HR activities of the NZ office and ensure HR processes are delivered smoothly and consistently. You will work closely with employees, managers and internal teams on onboarding, offboarding, employee records, policy implementation and general people operations.

This role requires strong English and Mandarin communication and the ability to handle confidential information.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in HR, People Operations, or a related role is preferred.
• Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin (written and verbal).
• Familiarity with HR systems and Microsoft Office is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day HR operations and employee-related matters.
• Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, and employee changes.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Support the implementation of HR policies and internal procedures.
• Assist employees and managers with general HR enquiries and operational matters.
• Support attendance, leave, and other employee administration processes.
• Assist with employee relations matters when required.
• Support continuous improvement of HR processes and employee experience.
