Job summary

The Ministry of Health New Zealand is seeking an HR Administrator to support managers and employees in a fast-paced HR Business Partnering environment. You will coordinate key HR processes, assist with recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, wellness payments, and employment documentation, while delivering high-quality administrative support.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for Ask HR and recruitment enquiries, providing timely and accurate support to managers, employees and candidates.
• Coordinate key HR processes including recruitment support, onboarding and offboarding activities, wellness payments, and the workflow of employment documentation.
• Provide high-quality administrative and coordination support to the HR Business Partnering team, helping keep priorities on track and ensuring work is delivered efficiently.
• Build strong relationships across the organisation and contribute to continuous improvement of HR systems, processes and ways of working.
