Global Wave Group is seeking an HR Operations Coordinator for Auckland CBD to support day-to-day HR activities, ensuring processes run smoothly and boosting the employee experience.

You will manage onboarding/offboarding, maintain records, assist with policies, and work with managers across teams. A bilingual English/Mandarin communicator with strong organizational skills will thrive here, with growth in a fast-growing international business.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR/People Operations or related role preferred.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Mandarin is a plus.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day HR operations and employee-related matters.
• Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, and employee changes.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Assist with HR policies and internal procedures.
• Support attendance, leave, and other employee administration.
• Assist with employee relations when required.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and employee experience.
• Collaborate with employees, managers, and internal teams.
