Job summary

Platinum Recruitment in New Zealand seeks a capable HR professional to support the full employee lifecycle for an Operations & Maintenance team. You’ll coordinate recruitment, onboarding, maintain HR records, support ER matters and assist with reporting and compliance.

You will also contribute to culture, health and safety initiatives and provide backup payroll support, with a 12–18 month contract and a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HR and/or payroll experience.
• Knowledge of HR best practices across recruitment, ER, performance and compliance.
• Ability to handle ER matters and escalate when needed.
• Strong relationship-building and communication across levels.
• Proficient in HR/payroll systems and MS Office.
• Recruitment skills including behavioural interviewing and candidate assessment.
