Job summary

Triton Hearing is seeking an organized HR Coordinator to support our HR team across New Zealand. This fixed-term role runs until April 2027 with potential extension and offers exposure to onboarding, HRIS, reporting, and transformation projects.

You will work closely with employees and leaders, support recruitment, and help maintain HR policies while coordinating office admin for the Auckland site.

Qualifications

• Strong administration experience and an interest in developing a career in Human Resources
• Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• A proactive mindset with a knack for solving problems
• The ability to build strong relationships across all levels of an organisation

Responsibilities

• Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes
• Play a key role in a transformational HR project as we transition HR operational work to our Shared Service Centre in Singapore
• Provide first-line HR advice and support to employees and leaders
• Manage HR administration, documentation, and employee records
• Support recruitment activities and hiring processes
• Prepare people reports and HR metrics
• Be the go-to for our HRIS and intranet platforms
• Assist with HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
• Help maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and forms
• Support health, safety, and wellbeing activities across the business
• Coordinate general office and facilities administration for our Auckland Support Office
