Job summary

Triton Hearing is seeking an HR Coordinator to join our collaborative HR team in New Zealand. You will drive onboarding/offboarding, HR data maintenance, and frontline HR support across the business.

This fixed-term role (to April 2027) offers exposure to HR transformation projects, implementation of process improvements, and partnership with Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and leadership across the national network. Hybrid working arrangements are available.

Qualifications

• Strong administration experience and attention to detail across HR processes.
• Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a proactive mindset.
• Ability to build relationships across all levels of the organisation.
• Experience with HRIS systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Support HR transformation projects and Shared Service Centre activities.
• Provide first-line HR advice to employees and leaders.
• Maintain HR records and documentation accurately.
• Support recruitment activities and hiring processes.
