Treshna Enterprises Ltd – Christchurch, South Island
Treshna is a Christchurch-based SaaS company with more than 30 years of history, supporting Customers across 90+ countries. While we’re an established company, we’ve retained the energy and entrepreneurial feel of a start-up. We have a flat hierarchy, work collaboratively and empower our people to make decisions and take ownership.
Our teams are small and dynamic, typically made up of Developers, Sales, Customer Care and Team Leaders working closely together. Teams are empowered to adapt to the needs of the Customers in their region, with teams across regions working together to share knowledge and support each other. The focus is simple: delivering exceptional Customer care through a true SaaS approach.
As our sole HR function, you’ll work directly with the CEO and play a key role in helping our people and leaders succeed. This is a hands‑on role focused on coaching, relationships and culture rather than adding layers of policy and process. You’ll help our Team Leaders by fostering our values of Integrity, Constant Learning, Empathy, Iterative Improvement, Helpfulness, Enjoyment and Empowerment and create an environment where people can do their best work.
You’ll also be curious about people, enjoy bringing people together and have the opportunity to help grow our social committee and the culture around it.
Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll work closely with our Regional General Managers and Team Leaders across the business.
Your focus will include:
This is not a role focused on creating policy for policy’s sake or adding process where it isn’t needed. The priority is helping our leaders succeed and making sure our people have the support they need.
You’ll be an experienced HR generalist who is comfortable working independently, building relationships and getting involved when needed.
You’ll bring:
Most importantly, you’ll enjoy working with people, asking questions, solving problems and helping others succeed.
This is a 40-hour-per-week, permanent position based at our Christchurch office.
If you’re an experienced HR professional who wants to work closely with people, coach leaders and make a real difference, we’d love to hear from you. Please include a cover letter with your CV.
