Triton Hearing is hiring an HR Coordinator for Albany, Auckland, NZ. This fixed-term contract role focuses on delivering an outstanding employee experience across New Zealand.

You will coordinate onboarding and support HR projects while collaborating with Payroll, Talent Acquisition and the broader HR team. We value organised, proactive individuals who can manage HR administration, mentor managers, and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR administration and records management.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Support HR projects and transformation initiatives.
• Provide first-line HR advice to employees and managers.
• Manage HR records and documentation.
• Assist recruitment activities and hiring processes.
• Prepare HR reports and metrics.
• Be the go-to for HRIS and intranet platforms.
• Support health, safety and wellbeing activities.
