Job summary

Foodstuffs North Island is seeking a Hospitality and Conference Support Coordinator for our Landing Drive Support Centre in Auckland. The role oversees services across the minimart, cafe, demo kitchen, and events, ensuring smooth daily operations and exceptional guest experiences.

Based in a busy conference centre, you will partner with the Hospitality Manager to coordinate bookings, stock, and on-site demonstrations.

Qualifications

• Previous customer-facing experience in retail, hospitality or event management.
• Self-starter with ability to lead and manage workflow in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Managing bookings and events in the conference centre.
• Stock management and replenishment of goods in the mini mart.
• Assisting in event functions when required.
• Working with suppliers and other stakeholders to bring food demonstrations to site.
