Job summary

Foodstuffs North Island is seeking a capable Team Coordinator to become the backbone of our Retail team. Reporting to the Executive Assistant to the CRO, you will provide high-quality administrative and coordination support across the Retail unit and to the EA, ensuring priorities stay on track and stakeholders feel supported.

This predominantly office-based role offers flexibility to work from home week-to-week and will suit someone who thrives on autonomy, owns their workload, and keeps things

Responsibilities

• Coordinating reports, presentations, board papers and business documentation.
• Managing meetings, calendars, events and team activities.
• Maintaining accurate records, databases and administrative systems.
• Supporting team communications and stakeholder engagement.
• Managing priorities and ensuring actions are completed on time.
• Proactively identifying issues, following up actions and keeping work moving.
• Providing support across the Retail function and Leadership Team.
