Qualifications

• Hold a full, clean driver’s licence.
• Experience in customer service is essential.
• Able to build positive relationships with customers.
• Highly organised and able to manage multiple orders and deadlines.
• Comfortable using online ordering and scheduling systems.
• Demonstrate reliability and attention to detail.
• Commitment to food safety and quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues and other departments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver catering orders to customers throughout Wellington.
• Work closely with customers and in-store teams to ensure accurate orders.
• Manage orders through our online platform and ensure on-time deliveries.
• Provide excellent service and build lasting relationships with clients.
