Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience within hotel or resort operations.
• Experience managing budgets and financial performance.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• A practical, hands-on leadership style and guest-service focus.
• Knowledge of New Zealand health and safety requirements would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily resort operations across front office, housekeeping, maintenance and guest services.
• Drive guest satisfaction and deliver exceptional owner and guest experiences.
• Manage budgets, financial performance and operational KPIs.
• Build and develop an engaged, high-performing team.
• Partner with regional and corporate teams to implement business initiatives and improvements.
• Maintain relationships with owners, local partners and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and New Zealand regulatory requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, service delivery and overall resort performance.
