• Knowledge of NZ health & safety requirements preferred.

• Leading daily resort operations across front office, housekeeping, maintenance and guest services.
• Driving guest satisfaction and delivering exceptional owner and guest experiences.
• Managing budgets, financial performance and operational KPIs.
• Building, leading and developing an engaged, high-performing team.
• Partnering with regional and corporate teams to implement business initiatives and improvements.
• Maintaining strong relationships with owners, local partners and key stakeholders.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and New Zealand regulatory requirements.
