Our client, a leading hotel in Queenstown , is seeking a friendly and professional Guest Relations Officer to enhance the guest experience. You will be the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring their needs are met and their stay is comfortable and enjoyable. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills and a dedication to providing outstanding customer service in the hospitality sector of the Eastern Cape .

Key Responsibilities

Welcome guests, assist with check-in and check-out processes, and provide information about hotel services and local attractions. Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and effectively. Build rapport with guests, anticipate their needs, and ensure a personalized and memorable stay. Handle guest complaints with empathy and professionalism, resolving issues to ensure guest satisfaction. Liaise with other hotel departments to fulfill guest requests and maintain service standards. Gather guest feedback and report insights to management to improve services.

Requirements

Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role, preferably in guest relations or front desk. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. A positive attitude and a genuine passion for serving others. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English and preferably other relevant languages. Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
