Job summary

Crowne Plaza Auckland is looking for a Reservations Agent to deliver seamless guest experiences from enquiry to arrival. You will handle FIT and group bookings, maximise revenue, and support front office operations with a collaborative team.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail and a customer-first mindset, with flexibility to work Tuesday to Saturday across peak periods.

Qualifications

• 1 year related reservations/front office or guest service experience preferred.
• Experience with Opera PMS is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle telephone, email and online reservation enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Provide guests with information regarding room types, rates, packages, inclusions and policies.
• Ensure all reservation details are complete and accurate prior to arrival.
• Assist with pre-arrival enquiries and special requests.
• Work across front office areas including reservations, reception and concierge when required.
