Job summary

Rydges Hotels & Resorts Auckland is seeking a friendly Concierge to be the first point of welcome for guests, managing luggage, transport and parking while creating personalised experiences that make every stay memorable. Reporting to the Front Office Manager, you will also assist with guest inquiries, local activity bookings and be a brand ambassador for EVT properties.

• Must have a full NZ driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide a warm, personalised arrival experience.
• Assist with luggage, transport and parking needs for guests.
• Operate hotel buggies and provide safe transport around the resort.
• Provide information and bookings for local attractions, dining and transport.
• Maintain lobby and public areas clean and presentable at all times.
• Liaise with front desk and VIP guests to support groups and FIT travellers.
