Job summary

Ennismore is seeking a hands-on Concierge for SO/ Auckland to deliver outstanding guest experiences on a part-time basis. You will greet guests warmly, share local recommendations, and assist with luggage, parking, and requests across a luxury, design-led setting.

The role requires a NZ driver’s license (manual and automatic), willingness to work weekends and nights as needed, and a professional, proactive demeanor aligned with hospitality standards.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Full New Zealand Driver’s License.
• Ability to drive both Manual and Automatic.
• Able to work on a rotating schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong focus on delivering exceptional guest service.
• Professional appearance and clear communication with guests and team.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with warmth and ensure they feel valued from arrival.
• Share local attractions and dining options to enhance stays.
• Handle luggage, store belongings, and park cars with care.
• Record guest preferences and promptly manage requests and messages.
• Keep public spaces tidy and inviting; notice and address issues.
• Maintain a positive attitude and find solutions for guest needs.
