You will be the visible first point of contact, assisting with luggage, guiding guests, and ensuring a smooth arrival while upholding the brand standards.

Qualifications

• New Zealand Driver License is required.
• Ability to work rotating roster, weekends and holidays.
• Passion for service and strong grooming.
• Excellent communication and presentation.
• Physically fit to lift at least 30kg.
• Right to work in New Zealand.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests in the lobby with warmth and professionalism.
• Be visible in the lobby and the go-to person for guests.
• Assist with transfer, storage and handling of luggage and property; park and retrieve cars as requested.
• Park Guests' Cars.
