Job summary

Corpay in New Zealand is seeking a Customer Success Advocate to join the Growth/SMB team. You will help customers get real value from our payments and fleet solutions, balancing service, retention and commercial conversations while building trust across a portfolio of accounts.

After three months of training, you will work in a hybrid schedule (3 days in office/2 days from home) and be supported by a dedicated onboarding program, with a focus on proactive engagement, issue resolution and ongoing

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing, retention or commercially focused roles.
• Ability to communicate clearly across phone, email and digital channels.
• Comfort discussing pricing, value and retention options within guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Support customers across their lifecycle from onboarding to retention.
• Engage with customers via welcome calls, health checks and account reviews.
• Explain product features, billing and self-service tools.
• Identify churn risk and own next steps to resolve issues.
• Handle inquiries and escalate when needed, maintaining high-quality records.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Experience, Credit and Operations.
• Suggest ideas to improve adoption and service usage.
