Job summary

Xero is hiring a Customer Experience Specialist in New Zealand. You will be a brand ambassador delivering a best-in-class experience across channels, helping small businesses and accountants unlock value from our platform.

Work a hybrid schedule (three days in office, two days remote) with full training in the office for the initial period. The role is 40 hours per week, with shifts across mornings to evenings, starting February 2027.

Qualifications

• Experience in a service environment with targets and quality metrics.
• Clear, concise, authentic written and spoken communication.
• Confidence to make proactive outbound calls and manage daily tasks.
• Growth mindset and eagerness to learn and share knowledge.
• Team player who builds relationships through trust.
• Proficiency with IT tools (Microsoft Office or Google Suite); experience with accounting systems is a bonus.
