Job summary
Centrapay in Auckland is seeking a results-driven Channel Business Development professional to bring open banking and digital wallet payments to merchants across New Zealand. You will build relationships with POS providers, payment gateways and resellers, own parts of the channel process, hit revenue targets, and collaborate with product, engineering and marketing to move opportunities forward.
This role requires travel within New Zealand and a willingness to dive deep into payments-market
Qualifications
- Experience or strong interest in payments, banking or fintech.
- Proven channel sales or partner management experience.
- Willingness to travel within New Zealand.
Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify POS and terminal providers, gateways, PSPs and resellers.
- Build relationships with commercial, product and operational leads.
- Drive opportunities from discovery to negotiation and launch.
- Own pipeline, forecasts, and CRM updates to hit targets.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Legal, Finance and Marketing to move deals forward.
