Job summary

Partly is hiring a Customer Success Manager in Auckland to own activation and ongoing engagement of repairers. You will partner with Sales and Product to build scalable onboarding and retention processes, while driving usage and loyalty across a growing marketplace.

You will be hands-on, scrappy, and highly organized, turning repetitive tasks into repeatable systems. A strong communicator with ownership mindset thrives here.

Qualifications

• Early customer success or account management experience.
• Ability to build repeatable processes and systems.
• Comfortable with data, metrics and basic tooling.
• Hands-on, organized and scrappy; able to manage multiple accounts.
• Strong communicator across technical and business audiences.
• Ownership mindset with growth potential.
• Bonus: Automotive, marketplace or B2B SaaS exposure.

Responsibilities

• Activate newly signed repairers, guiding them from signature to weekly active.
• Build activation and retention playbooks for scalable onboarding.
• Bring data and systems rigour to monitor repairer health and usage.
• Drive adoption, retention, and reduce churn through regular check-ins.
• Be the repairer's main post-signature contact and resolve issues end-to-end.
• Voice repairer needs to Product, Engineering and commercial teams.
