Mondiale VGL is a globally recognised transport and logistics provider with roots in Oceania and operations in 19 markets. We’re seeking a logistics professional in Auckland to manage end-to-end shipments and client relationships.

You will coordinate import/export activities, use our OneTrack dashboard and CW1, and build accurate reports for clients. If you thrive under pressure, this role offers variety and growth within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in import/export, air and sea freight, and Incoterms.
• Working knowledge of detention, demurrage and wharf storage.
• A calm manner when things go sideways, and the confidence to escalate early.
• Clear, professional communication on the phone and in writing.
• Attention to detail without losing sight of the client relationship.

Responsibilities

• Follow shipments from order placement through to confirmed loading, using OneTrack dashboard.
• Keep client data accurate across OneTrack and CW1, and build the reports clients rely on.
• Spot problems early, like missing documents, delays or detention risks, and sort them out before they cost anyone money.
• Recommend freight options and cost comparisons that suit client needs, not just quickest quotes.
• Set up new clients properly, including their SOPs, for seamless handover from Sales.
• Getting out of the office with regular calls, site visits and in-person client meetings.
