Oaks Wellington Hotel is seeking an experienced Front Office Manager to lead the Front Office team on a full-time basis. You will ensure a warm welcome and high service standards from the moment guests arrive, while driving exceptional guest experiences and supervising daily operations.

The successful candidate will have at least 2+ years in a supervisory hotel role, strong people management, excellent communication, and the ability to manage rosters and recruitment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years’ experience at a supervisor level within a hotel or resort environment.
• Exceptional people management skills with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Understanding of Trust accounting and pro-active customer service orientation.

Responsabilités

• Providing an outstanding guest welcoming experience by maintaining service standards.
• Meeting guests on arrival and settling them into their rooms.
• Maintaining professional communication to assist guests and make accurate bookings.
• Guide and support the team in delivering outstanding guest experiences.
• Ensuring daily tasks are completed accurately and on time.
• Resolve and respond to guest complaints promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate guest accounts and assist with daily reporting.
• Effectively manage team roster to meet budgets.
• Support Hotel Manager with recruitment.
