Job summary

Oaks Wellington Hotel seeks a friendly, flexible Guest Experience Attendant to join the team on a part-time basis. You will support Front Office and Food & Beverage operations, ensuring guests feel welcome and well cared for from check-in to check-out while providing attentive service in our café, bar, or room dining.

The role offers a rotating roster across seven days with a minimum of 24 hours per week. A positive attitude, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality experience across Front Office and Food & Beverage would be highly beneficial.
• A positive, adaptable attitude and excellent communication skills.
• Confidence in handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• A passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
• Availability to work across a 7-day rotating roster, including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests on arrival and handle check-ins/check-outs with efficiency and warmth.
• Assist with food and beverage service in our café, bar, or during in-room dining.
• Provide local recommendations, handle guest requests, and respond to feedback promptly.
• Deliver orders, clear tables, and maintain cleanliness of the F&B area.
• Set up and pack down breakfast or function areas as required.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest needs are met.
• Process payments accurately and maintain up-to-date guest records.
