Job summary

Woolworths Supermarkets NZ is seeking a proactive leader to manage inventory accuracy, replenishment, and in-store presentation of fresh items. You’ll optimize stock flow, oversee ticketing and online fulfilment, and drive campaigns that elevate the customer experience.

You’ll lead by example, collaborating across teams, using data to inform decisions, and ensuring adherence to company standards. Weekend shifts and store leadership responsibilities are part of the role.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead Inventory & Production Accuracy: audits, finalise production plans, ensure ticketing accuracy, support online order fulfilment to minimize discrepancies.
• Optimise Replenishment & Presentation: prioritise stock replenishment, correct rotation and high merchandising standards, focusing on fresh goods and promotions.
• Champion Freshness & Visual Merchandising: oversee stock quality, planogram accuracy, store cleanliness, campaign execution to enhance customer experience.
• Drive Operational Efficiency & Problem Solving: guide teams, resolve escalations, run health checks to improve performance.
• Contribute to Store Leadership & Team Collaboration: act as Acting Store Manager when scheduled and engage in team initiatives.
