Job summary

Woolworths Group New Zealand is seeking an energetic store leadership professional to drive inventory accuracy and efficient replenishment across fresh items. You will manage merchandising, ticketing, and online fulfilment, ensuring a seamless shopping journey for customers.

You will lead teams, uphold safety and legal standards, and collaborate with store leadership to deliver exceptional customer experiences. A proactive, data-driven mindset is essential to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Lead Inventory & Production Accuracy: Conduct audits, finalise production plans (Meat & Bakery), ensure ticketing accuracy, and collaborate on online order fulfilment to minimise discrepancies.
• Optimise Replenishment & Presentation: Prioritise stock replenishment, ensure proper rotation and high-standard merchandising with emphasis on fresh food and promotions.
• Champion Freshness & Visual Merchandising: Oversee freshness, planogram accuracy, store cleanliness, and campaign execution to enhance customer experience.
• Drive Operational Efficiency & Problem Solving: Provide guidance to teams, resolve escalated issues, and conduct health checks to improve performance.
• Contribute to Store Leadership & Team Collaboration: Act as Acting Store Manager when scheduled and participate in team initiatives.
