Job summary

Crown Lift Trucks New Zealand is seeking a Field Service Technician (Relief) to support Auckland's North region, performing planned maintenance and later non-scheduled repairs on mechanical battery electric and internal combustion forklifts. You will travel across North Auckland and Northland with a strong focus on customer service and quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' Automotive experience or MHE experience preferred.
• Ideally holds a relevant trade qualification or overseas equivalent.
• Willing to travel with regular overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Perform field-based planned maintenance on forklifts in accordance with SOPs.
• Eventually perform field-based non-scheduled repairs on forklifts.
• Deliver high levels of customer service and meet KPIs daily.
• Work within OEM guidelines for service and repairs.
