Crown Lift Trucks New Zealand is seeking a field service technician based in Auckland to undertake planned maintenance and repairs on a range of forklift trucks. You will travel across the South-East Auckland region supporting our customers with service work and troubleshooting.

Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of automotive or MHE experience, a relevant trade qualification, and a willingness to travel with overnight stays.

Formación

• Minimum of 2 years' Automotive experience or Material Handling Equipment experience.
• Prefer relevant trade qualification or overseas equivalent.
• Willingness to travel with regular overnight stays required.
• Pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol test will be required.

Responsabilidades

• Perform field-based planned maintenance on mechanical battery electric and internal combustion forklifts in accordance with SOPs.
• Perform field-based non-scheduled repairs on forklifts.
• Provide high levels of customer service and meet KPIs.
• Undertake service and repairs within OEM guidelines.
