Job summary

Crown Lift Trucks New Zealand is seeking a Field Service Technician (Relief) in Auckland to support planned maintenance and repairs on a range of forklifts, including battery electric and internal combustion models.

Based in Auckland, you will travel across South-East Auckland to service and repair forklifts while upholding OEM guidelines and delivering strong customer service. A minimum of 2 years' automotive or MHE experience is expected, with a relevant trade qualification preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' Automotive experience or Material Handling Equipment experience.
• Trade qualification (or similar overseas qualification) preferred.
• Willingness to travel with regular overnight stays; IT-savvy and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Perform field-based planned maintenance repairs on forklifts in accordance with SOPs.
• Eventually perform field-based non-scheduled repairs on forklifts.
• Provide high level of customer service and meet KPIs.
• Undertake service and repairs within OEM guidelines.
