Job summary

Crown Lift Trucks New Zealand is seeking a field service technician to join our Auckland team. The role covers planned maintenance and eventual non-scheduled repairs on a range of mechanical battery electric and internal combustion forklifts.

You will travel within North Auckland and Northland, work to OEM guidelines, and aim to deliver excellent customer service while meeting KPIs. A minimum of two years automotive or MHE experience and a relevant trade qualification preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of automotive or MHE experience.
• Relevant trade qualification or equivalent.
• Willing to travel with overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Perform field-based planned maintenance repairs on forklifts.
• Eventually perform field-based non-scheduled repairs on forklifts.
• Provide high level of customer service and work towards KPIs.
• Undertaking service and repairs within OEM guidelines.
