Job summary

Crown Lift Trucks New Zealand is seeking a field service technician to perform maintenance and repairs on a range of forklift trucks across North Auckland and Northland. You will work in the field, developing your skills with both mechanical battery electric and internal combustion forklifts, in a busy, customer-facing role.

We offer a four-week initial service training program from week one, a competitive hourly rate, and paid overtime.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ Automotive experience or Material Handling Equipment experience.
• Customer-centric and solutions-focused attitude.
• Willing to travel with regular overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Perform field-based planned maintenance on forklift trucks in accordance with SOPs.
• Perform field-based non-scheduled repairs as needed.
• Provide a high level of customer service and meet KPIs.
• Undertake service and repairs within OEM guidelines.
