Job summary

New Zealand Couriers is seeking a Fleet Coordinator at the North Harbour branch to support fleet operations and contractor performance. Based at our North Harbour site, you will help ensure runs meet standards, processes are followed, and service delivery remains high across the network.

The role focuses on recruitment support, compliance, and ongoing contractor activities while maintaining a safe, efficient fleet and ensuring proactive health and safety practices are upheld.

Responsibilities

• Support fleet operations to meet our standards and KPIs
• Assist with contractor compliance, onboarding, and record keeping
• Monitor contractor runs, changes, and operational performance for accuracy
• Support depot scanning, freight flow, and operational processes to reduce service failures
• Assist with tracking, reporting, and variance analysis across fleet activity
• Help maintain strong health, safety, and compliance standards across all operations
