Job summary

New Zealand Couriers is seeking motivated customer service staff to join our Christchurch team on a fixed-term contract. You will handle queries with professionalism, collaborate with contractors, and focus on timely, accurate solutions to meet customer expectations.

Hours are Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm with rostered Saturday mornings. Applicants must be domiciled in NZ with suitable visa or PR status.

Hours

Ideally you will be a fast and accurate computer user, who can confidently handle queries with a high level of professionalism and accuracy.

You will put our customers first, by understanding issues, collaborating with other staff and contractors, and providing solutions to meet expectations.
