Job summary

New Zealand Couriers in New Plymouth is seeking a Fleet Manager to lead fleet performance, compliance, and optimisation across the contractor network. You’ll partner with courier contractors to improve service, safety, and efficiency while upholding company standards.

You’ll coach and develop contractor relationships, coordinate with operations teams, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvements in delivery performance across the network.

• Ensure contractors meet compliance, health & safety, and company standards.
• Provide coaching, guidance, and support to contractors to drive operational success.
• Manage contractor communications and handle escalations professionally and effectively.
• Identify opportunities for operational improvements and efficiency gains.
