Job summary

NCR Voyix Corporation in Auckland seeks a Customer Engineer to install, service and repair NCR Voyix hardware at customer sites across NZ. You’ll diagnose issues, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure SLA adherence with strong safety practices.

The role requires a high school diploma, basic Windows/MS Office skills, and the ability to work flexible hours, including nights or weekends as needed. Driving license and physical ability to lift parts up to 25 kg are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent year(s) of related experience.
• Basic computer skills including Windows OS navigation and MS Office.
• Experience in PC hardware maintenance and support.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain and repair NCR Voyix equipment at customer sites to ensure continuity of operations and satisfaction.
• Diagnose and resolve customer issues, escalate when needed to meet SLAs.
• Build relationships with customers and maintain accurate reporting of calls and expenses.
