Job summary

NCR Voyix is seeking a Field Service Engineer in New Zealand to visit customer sites, diagnose and repair SCO, POS, and other NCR Voyix equipment. You will work with our APAC Field Services team, reporting to the NZ Operations Manager, and may travel regionally as required.

Qualifications

Basic computer skills incl. Windows OS navigation and MS Office familiarity.
Experience in PC hardware maintenance and support.
High level of mechanical/electrical aptitude.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair SCO, POS machines and NCR Voyix products for customers.
Perform preventative maintenance on assigned products; diagnose issues, repairs, replacements.
Manage parts and organize inventory; report calls and activity promptly.
Track and report all expenses related to service delivery.
Capture detailed customer asset information for invoicing and billing.
Engage in continuous training online and in classrooms.
Work autonomously in field and office environments.
Own customer issues to resolution with respect to SLA.
