Job summary

NCR Voyix is seeking a Customer Engineer to install, maintain, and repair equipment in an assigned territory within Auckland, NZ. The role requires diagnosing issues, upgrading equipment per SOW, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

The candidate should have a high school diploma or equivalent, a clean driving license, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. Preferred are associates degrees or tech certifications and experience with PC hardware and

Qualifications

• Clean driving license required.

• Basic computer skills (Windows OS and MS Office).
• Experience in PC hardware maintenance and support.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, overtime.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair equipment within an assigned territory to ensure continuity of operations.
• Diagnose, repair, and replace components on POS, self-checkouts, servers, and peripherals.
• Respond to customer concerns and escalate as needed per SLA.
• Maintain parts inventory and document expenses and reporting.
