Job summary

Aristocrat seeks a Field Service Technician based in the Waikato/Bay of Plenty region, New Zealand, to service, install, and repair gaming equipment across client sites. You will travel to locations as needed, ensuring flawless operation and delivering a world-class customer experience.

On-the-job training is provided, with a focus on collaboration, problem-solving, and customer satisfaction. A full NZ driver's license is required, and weekend on-call rotations may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform appliance servicing, break fix, and installations for gaming equipment.
• Manage inventory efficiently, ensuring adequate stock levels for service requirements.
• Deliver outstanding customer service, addressing and resolving client concerns promptly.
• Conduct routine maintenance checks to guarantee flawless operation of equipment.
• Collaborate with the technical team to diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation for all repairs and installations.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
• Provide training and support to clients on equipment usage and maintenance.
• Take part in weekend on-call rotations to handle urgent service requests.
• Travel to various client locations as needed to perform service tasks.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to determine service needs.
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve service delivery and client happiness.
