Aristocrat Gaming is seeking a Field Service Technician to join our New Zealand team. Based in Waikato/Bay of Plenty, you will travel to client sites, perform servicing, installations, and break-fix work on gaming equipment, and contribute to reliable operations.

We provide on-the-job training and opportunities to grow your technical skills while delivering outstanding customer service. Weekend on-call rotations and travel are part of the role, with a focus on safe, compliant service delivery.

Qualifications

• Full New Zealand driver’s license is required.
• Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service.
• Technical background in appliance servicing and installations is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Perform appliance servicing, break fix, and installations for gaming equipment.
• Manage inventory efficiently and ensure adequate stock levels.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and promptly resolve client concerns.
• Conduct routine maintenance checks to guarantee flawless operation.
• Collaborate with the technical team to diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation for repairs and installations.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to determine service needs.
