Halter is seeking a Business Development Executive for the Taranaki region. You will lead on-farm meetings, assess customer needs, and demonstrate how Halter adds value to farming operations. Travel within the region is expected as you expand Halter’s footprint and pipeline.

• Experience in farm systems or within the agricultural sector.
• End-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to close.

Responsibilities

• On-farm sales meetings to understand needs and demonstrate Halter functionality.
• Prospecting to build a pipeline of quality farms and shorten sales cycles.
• Networking to grow Halter's brand and develop industry relationships.
• Forecasting with the Regional Sales Manager for revenue planning.
• Drive growth initiatives to improve sales processes as the company scales.
• Perform other duties as required.
