Job summary

JLL in Auckland is seeking a Facilities Administrator to support Amazon's Auckland corporate offices. You will manage service requests in Corrigo, coordinate contractor access, and ensure safety and quality standards are met to keep the workplace running smoothly.

You will assist with invoicing, budget tracking, and general facilities administration, working closely with the Assistant Facilities Manager and the wider team to deliver a safe, welcoming, and productive environment for Amazonian

Qualifications

Experience with Corrigo or CMMS/work order systems.
Proficient in MS Office; strong written and verbal communication.
Ability to juggle multiple tasks in fast-paced environments.
Knowledge of workplace health and safety legislation and risk management.
Experience with invoice processing, PO management and budget tracking.

Responsibilities

Manage and triage service requests through Corrigo, logging, tracking, and resolving work orders within SLAs, maintain asset registers.
Coordinate access, inductions, and compliance for contractors and vendors, ensuring safety and quality.
Process and verify invoices, align with POs and contracts, support monthly budgeting and variance reporting.
Partner with Environment, Health & Safety to maintain site compliance and conduct safety audits.
Serve as a point of contact for facilities queries, coordinate moves, space records, and support continuous improvements.
