Job summary

JLL Auckland is seeking a Workplace Ambassador to support the smooth daily operation of our Auckland office, two days per week, ensuring a professional, efficient, and welcoming workplace for employees and visitors. In this role you will serve as the main point of contact, manage vendors, and maintain strong relationships with internal clients and building management to deliver excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for workplace matters, ensuring smooth communication.
• Manage relationships with cleaning, security, maintenance vendors; monitor SLAs.
• Liaise with internal clients and building management to ensure service delivery.
